Do you collect Missouri Sales Tax if the item is being shipped to Missouri address?

YES. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PAYING SALES TAX.
IF YOU LIVE IN MISSOURI STATE AND/OR YOUR ORDER IS BEING SHIPPED TO MISSOURI ADDRESS

(IF ITS BEING SHIPPED TO MISSOURI, YOU WILL PAY TAX EVEN IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN MISSOURI).

International Orders:
ONLY LARGE mount Orders.

Minimum amount rules apply. We take order from worldwide customers, if the order is high dollar amount, we require wire transfer in advance and payment has to be in U.S.Dollar. We do accept other form of payments from known International cusomers.

Warranty & Returns

Can I refuse a shipment to cancel my order?

RETURNS/CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT WARRANTY POLICY:

If you refuse the shipment or cancel an order, there is 20% restocking fee, in addition to the cost of shipping and handling.

We sell with 30days replacement warranty.

All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization).

RMA numbers are valid for ten days only and product must reach our warehouse before then. Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.

Please make sure you pre-pay the shipping on all return packages.

Return of non-defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on current market price.

There is a 20% on all returns for RETAIL Products.

Shipping charges is NON-refundable including defective merchandise. Any damage to the original packaging might result in additional charges being assessed to your account.

Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product.
